Psst! Which way to the milk supply?
Well what’s more American than red, white, blue, and boobies?
Exhaustion at the end of whelping day. …but look how little they were!
And just 4 weeks later…
4 week old puppies are just a bit much for mama!
At 5 weeks old it was time to introduce them to the chaos known as “children.” They had a blast with my granddaughters all weekend.
This pic says it all. Exhausting!
And then came the big day when at 6 weeks old we got to go outside for the first time.
Is today the day we get to go outside? We’re ready!
We learned about running in a pack.
Cool concrete was kind of nice to rest on.
We pee’d on grass!
We tasted Grass.
We wrestled in the grass.
We tasted flowers.
We stuck our toes in puddles.
Played with Frisbees.
Played ‘chase ball.’
Played more ‘chase ball.’
Love the ball!
Mom taught us “tunnel!”
She demonstrated how to go through ‘tunnel.’
Psssh! No problem! We got this ‘tunnel’ thing.
Going solo in tunnel.
If he can do it, I can do it.
Sensory explosion! Ball and tunnel.
I found something called “sprinkler.”
We chewed on “sprinkler.”
Not very tasty, but Den Mother seems to enjoy taking my picture while I chew it.
Steadfast’s Quincy of the Flag Day Litter
And shared our joy in the shade.
“Thank you for a wonderful day outside.”
At seven weeks old the weather outside was so hot we waited for the sun to go down before getting really active. Once it cooled off, we learned about climbing on things.
Mama demonstrates climbing up.
Bear up and over!
All on board!
Good exercise!
And so much fun!
Our first taste of driftwood.
Wrestling is fun.
Wow, I’m getting tired.
And here are the two boys and one girl pick-of-the-litters I held back for showing. At 4 months old they are almost non-stop energy.
Hanging out on the lawn blanket just like we did on my first day outside.
Quincy and Fremont help keep the grass in check.
Honor volunteers to trim the flowers while Fremont supervises.

Fremont, our big boy tank!
Who couldn’t love such a fuzzy face?
Wanna play the chase game?
Let’s discuss the rules and select a judge.
It’s game-on for Honor and Quincy.
The designated judge watches as the chase is on.
Oh! Switchback!
Mom plays the trump card and the game turns into dog pile on Quincy.
All dressed up for Halloween 2018!
